Note: Brisbane's water supply uses chloramine as a disinfectant — our systems are specifically selected to address this.
Good to know
This system requires a dedicated drinking water tap installed at the sink. If you have a stone benchtop, we can install a 3-way mixer tap instead — one tap for hot, cold and filtered water, no drilling required. Ask us about this option in your free quote.

The engine room — removes 98%+ of all contaminants (replace every 2–4 years).
Alkaline mineral filter
Adds magnesium and potassium, raises pH to 8.5–10 (replace every 12 months).
Far infrared ceramic media
Ionises and refines water (replace every 2 years).
Coconut carbon polishing filter
Final taste and odour refinement (replace every 12 months).
Inline magnetic water conditioner
Reduces scale (never needs replacing).

Every system requires periodic filter replacement to perform at its best. Alpine Home Filtration offers an annual service visit — we attend your home, replace the filters and ensure your system is running perfectly. Pre-filters replaced every 6 months. Post-filters annually. Membrane every 2–4 years. We remind you when it's due.

How long does installation take?＋
Approximately 1–1.5 hours. Our QBCC licensed installer arrives, fits the system inside the cabinet, connects the dedicated tap and tests every fitting before leaving.
Are your systems Watermark certified?＋
Yes — all Alpine Home Filtration systems are Watermark certified and installed by QBCC licensed plumbers, as required by Australian law.
How do I know when to change my filters?＋
